We are collaborating with a distinguished executive search agency representing a vibrant engineering firm that focuses on architectural, civil, and environmental initiatives. Our client is seeking a Manager of Construction Materials Testing.
Essential Duties:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Geology is highly preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of robust experience in construction or materials testing.
- Expertise in overseeing construction or inspection teams and/or a materials testing laboratory is beneficial.
- Prior familiarity with NCDOT Certifications and other specialized testing credentials is advantageous.
- Skilled in analyzing construction plans, specifications, and NC-specific guidelines.
- Previous involvement in business development activities is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
