Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Field Operations team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality control issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer
  • 2 years of experience as a QC Manager
  • Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate required; RMS/QCS training preferred
  • Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired
