Construction Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Field Operations team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality control issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer
- 2 years of experience as a QC Manager
- Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate required; RMS/QCS training preferred
- Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired
