As a CAFE OPERATIONS LEADER, you will:
  • Oversee the activities of team members during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop work schedules and evaluate employee performance, recognizing high achievers and addressing performance issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit production or sales reports to management, ensuring that the café meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members regarding any concerns or requests.
  • Encourage professional development and set goals for team members to advance within the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Experience in a barista role is highly desirable. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
