Job Summary

At Sam's Club, we're looking for a skilled Cafe Associate to join our team. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.

Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
