We're seeking a results-driven Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations of a residential program for adults with disabilities.

As a Program Director, you'll drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance resident outcomes. You'll oversee all aspects of the program, from case management to quality assurance, and ensure that our high standards are met.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, plus exceptional benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership, direction & supervision to staff
  • Operational Excellence: Directly oversee & coordinate all aspects of the residential program (case management, ISP planning, healthcare, clinical, behavioral supports, etc.)
  • Business Acumen: Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, training, reporting, program development, etc.
  • Quality Focus: Ensure agency, DDS & national service standards are achieved
  • Customer Service: Perform regular quality assurance functions including auditing & monitoring functions
  • Team Collaboration: Provide direct support to the individuals served

Requirements
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR Certification required before starting employment - we will direct you to an online course to obtain this and MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification required - we will help you obtain this
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree - may be substituted for relevant work experience
  • Personal Commitment: Personal commitment to service quality and excellence
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and supervisory experience
  • Valid License: Valid driver's license
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and write in English
  • Familiarity with Computers: Familiarity with computers
