The Goddard School is a renowned program for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, and we are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher - Preschool Program to join our team. As a key member of our preschool program, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
Salary
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. You will also work closely with parents and other educators to ensure that each child receives a high-quality education that meets their individual needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for early childhood education and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or equivalent is preferred, but not required. We offer on-the-job training for those who do not have prior experience.
