Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current promotions, sales, and product features.
- Sales Floor Support: Assist customers with product location, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Checkout Experience: Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards.
- Omni Channel Support: Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
- Merchandise Recovery: Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks.
- Store Recovery: Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Retail Experience: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Work Environment: Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
