Role Overview:
As an Export Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the export domain.

Your primary duties will include the accurate submission of Electronic Export Information (EEI) and AES filings, ensuring the seamless dissemination of pertinent information across the organization.

Collaboration:
You will work closely with team members and management to address any issues related to export documentation and procedures.
Additionally, you will monitor and ensure that corrective measures are taken in response to both internal and external audits and reviews.
Conducting training sessions and evaluations will be essential to ensure compliance with EEI and AES filing regulations.
Furthermore, you will provide consultancy services to other departments and facilitate the sharing of best practices.

  • Typically requires two or more years of relevant experience in the field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of a technical field or business methodology, including foundational theoretical knowledge.
  • Develops a solid business acumen and contributes to team objectives, demonstrating awareness of expected value addition.
  • May enhance processes, business methodologies, or technical components.
