Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our book of business and selling employee benefits products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with clients, account managers, and underwriters to grow our book of business and sell employee benefits products.
  • Meet mutually established activity or sales goals.
  • Provide accurate quotes based on complete information.
  • Retain and service existing accounts, maintaining direct communications with each client as necessary.
  • Adhere to agency collections and other policies.
  • Attend continuing education courses as needed to maintain position knowledge and licensing.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of employee benefits sales experience preferred.
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
  • Strong sales aptitude required.
  • Disciplined, well-organized, and self-motivated individual.
  • Willingness to make prospecting calls and network to develop new business.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
