Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team and provide guidance and support to staff members

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Illinois
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the nursing field
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • BSN preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills
