As a RN Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services to our home health care clients, ensuring the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, geriatric care, and previous experience as a supervisor/clinical manager. You will be responsible for managing a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, and other clinical personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in the development of the annual operating plan and capital budgets.
