Job Summary:

The RN Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services to our home health care clients. This includes planning, direction, coordination, and monitoring of clinical services, as well as supervising a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, and other clinical personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, direction, coordination, and monitoring of the delivery of clinical services to Agency home health care clients.
  • Participate in the management of the Agency's clinical teams and provide overall supervision of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, and other clinical personnel employed by the Agency or with whom the Agency contracts for services.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and establishment of Agency structure, clinical and administrative policies and procedures, annual operating plan, and capital budgets.
Requirements:
  • Valid state-issued Registered Nurse License
  • A working knowledge of Medicare home health requirements
  • Strong clinical knowledge and background
  • Ability to set objectives and develop action plans
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues and resolve difficulties not routine in nature
  • Ability to obtain cooperation from or influence others
  • Positive and professional skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate computer knowledge and skills
  • Highly and consistently organized
  • Enjoys educating clinicians
  • Minimum 2 years of Home Health Care experience as a supervisor/clinical manager
