Job Overview:

The Medical Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting patient care and supporting clinical operations in a dynamic healthcare setting. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our team of medical professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with direct patient care, including procedures, exam preparation, vitals, and rooming patients.
  • Obtain information for patient care, prepare charts, and assist with lab reports.
  • Clean and stock rooms, and assist with prescription refills.
  • Assist with referrals, documentation, and exam preparation.
  • Respond to patient triage calls and assist the clinical manager as needed.


Requirements:
  • Must be able to multitask, detailed, dependable, and professional.
  • Must have strong computer skills and be a team player.
  • Must pass criminal background checks, drug screens, and current reference checks.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.


We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
