Job Overview

The largest Automotive retailer in the world seeks an experienced ITS Support Specialist / Field Engineer to support their 330 dealerships across North America. This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review system health reports and address urgent IT issues
  • Ensure smooth operation of Windows hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot Cisco device issues
  • Travel to dealerships within your metropolitan area to handle on-site issues and prevent potential IT problems
  • Work on network improvements and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Document work and communicate daily IT issues and resolutions to stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of Field Engineer or ServiceDesk Tier II experience
  • 5+ years of Windows Hardware Support experience
  • 5+ years of basic desktop support (windows)
  • 5+ years of switch and router experience
  • 5+ years of Azure AD experience
  • 5+ years of Cisco telephony experience
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow ticketing system experience
  • 5+ years of remote management software experience
  • Experience with printer troubleshooting
  • Experience with multifactor authentication (MFA)
  • ITIL Certification
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
