Main Event Entertainment is seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with refills, pre-bussing tables, and helping with table turns. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas and assisting with aspects of service such as greeting Guests and taking drink orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guest needs
  • Support the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
  • Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
  • Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties
Requirements:
  • Prior food and beverage experience is a plus, but not required
  • Guest-focused mindset
  • Teamwork is essential
  • Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
