Job Summary:

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with refills, pre-bussing tables, and helping with table turns, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guest's needs
  • Support the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
  • Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
  • Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties
Requirements:
  • Prior food and beverage experience a plus, but not required
  • Guest-focused mindset
  • Teamwork is essential
  • Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
