Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Visionaire Partners. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal customers
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and applications management teams
- Develop and maintain knowledge-base articles to support IT's Continual Service Improvement efforts
- Contribute to the development of IT Security Policies, Processes, and Procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and Active Directory
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call or work some weekends
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
- Cisco UCM Cloud
This is a contract-to-hire position with a 6-month duration. You will be supporting our locations in Avondale and Surprise, with occasional travel to Peoria and Mesa.
