Lead Primary Care Physician for APP Training and Clinical Services

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team as a primary care provider and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) trainer. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid role, providing direct patient care and training new APPs. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.
About the Role
The Lead Primary Care Physician will be responsible for:
• Supervising, training, and evaluating new APPs (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants)
• Conducting chart reviews and providing feedback to APPs
• Coordinating MAVEN services, including CME educational sessions and mentorship programs
• Participating in administrative projects as assigned by the Medical Director
• Providing direct medical care for 4 sessions per week and completing clinical administrative work for 4 hours per week
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
• A medical degree and BE/BC certification in Family Medicine
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical practice team
