About the Role

Canyon Ranch is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing medical records, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the Medical Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medical records, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining confidentiality
  • Schedule appointments for Health and Performance departments, coordinating with doctors, nurses, and guests
  • Provide administrative support, including checking in and out guests, posting payments, and completing itemized bill requests
  • Assist with maintaining providers' schedules and coordinating with leadership
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or related field
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of employment
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems and medical office operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
