Responsibilities



  • Review and document daily care notes to ensure accurate records
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients at all times
  • Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, and other personal care needs
  • Provide feeding, transferring, and assisting with walking as needed
  • Cue and redirect clients to promote independence and safety
  • Remind clients of medication and prepare meals as required
  • Accompany clients on errands and provide transportation as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
