As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our pediatric unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our pediatric patients.
- Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and promote a positive patient experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license in good standing for the state in which work is performed.
- Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Training and work experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
- Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800.
