Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pediatric Specialty Care in Point Pleasant, PA. As a RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the general health and well-being of our patients by providing direct nursing care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license in good standing.
- Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Training and work experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
- Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800.
