We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Autism Care Coordinator to join our Mars Premier Care LLC team. As an Autism Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized behavior management plans to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medical care and support
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or in a childcare setting is a plus
  • First aid and CPR certification is mandatory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transporting individuals to appointments or activities

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. The schedule is 30 hours weekly, Monday-Friday (9am-3pm). If you are a detail-oriented and patient individual who is committed to providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.
