Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  • Management of project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design or construction issues.
  • Maintenance of open communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Development and maintenance of project schedules, resource allocation, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment on-site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field highly preferred.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
