Job Summary

Senior Project Engineer lead project team efforts for complex projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will ensure design compliance with project requirements and lead project teams to develop designs in support of customer specifications. This role will communicate with manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers on project status and participate in proposal preparation. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 4+ years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers on project status
  • Participate in proposal preparation
  • Interact with technical management and other professionals to coordinate technical activities and progress
  • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 4+ years of experience
  • Mastery of technologies and domain knowledge
  • Ability to independently lead a team of engineers to complete complex projects
  • Candidates must be US citizens and meet DRS security standards
