  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project engineers, superintendents, and other support staff.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    • OSHA 30-hour certification and SWPPP training.
    • LEED certification is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
