We are seeking a qualified Night Shift Caregiver to join our team at Sherwood Pines RCF in Veneta, Oregon. This 16-bed memory care facility offers a supportive and rewarding environment for residents and staff alike.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

**About the Role:

  • This position involves providing excellent care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily activities, managing medications, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
  • You will work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • We prioritize building strong relationships with our residents and their families, ensuring they feel valued and respected.

**Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a background in healthcare or social services is an asset.
  • Successful candidates must pass a background check and complete preservice dementia, preservice infection prevention, and caregiver training.
  • Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia is beneficial, but not necessary.
