Activity Director

We are seeking an experienced Activity Director to join our team at Sherwood Pines Memory Care in Veneta, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a 16-bed memory care facility where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As an Activity Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized activity plans that promote engagement, socialization, and overall well-being.

You will work closely with our caregiving team to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

• Average 30 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility.
• Dedicate a minimum of 24 hours per week to implementing activities.
• Cross-trained to perform caregiver duties.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our employees.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in activity direction or a related field.
