  1. This position is part of a 16-bed memory care facility located in Veneta, Oregon.
  2. We are seeking a full-time Swing Shift caregiver to join our exceptional caregiving team at Sherwood Pines RCF.
  3. Preference will be given to applicants who are team players and willing to work weekends or assist in various positions such as a shower aide or activities assistant.
  4. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and complete preservice dementia, preservice infection prevention, and caregiver training.
  5. The successful candidate will treat all community members with respect, dignity, and compassion.
  6. Responsibilities include supporting and performing care as specified in the community member service plan, assuring community members are accounted for, observing for changes in condition, and reporting any significant changes.
  7. The caregiver will also respond to emergency situations according to current policies and procedures, complete incident reports, take and record vitals, tidy community members' rooms, and perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits: Compensation includes a $0.50/hour swing shift differential and the position is eligible for an additional $1.00/hr differential for all shifts worked on the weekends.
