About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for various industries, including medical, dental, automotive, and cosmetic. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet customer requirements and are implemented efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems, including automated systems, for diverse manufacturing and production environments
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the machine design process, from planning and design to testing and implementation
  • Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities and goals
  • Maintain customer correspondence, including approvals, changes, agreements, and transmittals
  • Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology (or similar related degree)
  • Years of related job experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient with MS Office and SolidWorks
  • Ability to measure and model new and existing mechanical components
