Job Overview

CS2 Design Group is seeking a skilled HVAC/Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC systems for commercial and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop HVAC systems, including heat loss/heat gain calculations, ductwork design, and hot water and chilled water piping design.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to review and define project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel to meet with clients and conduct field surveys as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with building energy codes and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design.
  • Proficiency in REVIT designer software and AutoCAD.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
