Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Public Schools Community Liaison. This role will play a critical part in supporting the on-going recruitment, enrollment, and family engagement efforts for LEAD Public Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key contributor to our recruitment efforts through community engagement, canvassing, event attendance, and other activities.
  • Work closely with our Manager of Family Engagement and Customer Experience to tell the LEAD story through various marketing and communications platforms.

Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalency Required:

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalency. If you have a passion for education and community engagement, we encourage you to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in family recruitment, family engagement, community engagement, student support, front office management, customer service, translation support, or a related field.
