Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
  • Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality
  • Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
  • Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and the quality of product
  • Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
  • Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
