Your Role:

In this position, you will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high client satisfaction standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough site evaluations, offering hands-on leadership, and providing expert guidance on soil management, planting techniques, irrigation, and pest control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the tree care operations of your team, ensuring all members are equipped with necessary safety gear and training to perform their tasks effectively and safely.
  • Managing and optimizing crew schedules to enhance productivity.
  • Completing daily pre-trip inspection reports for all Class B vehicles before deployment.
  • Collaborating with branch management, clients, and team members as required.
  • Utilizing tree and landscaping tools, and operating heavy machinery when necessary.
  • Safely transporting teams to and from job sites while adhering to company safety protocols and ensuring public safety.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You might be an excellent fit if you possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A CDL Class B license.
  • Experience in managing a crew, including climbers and ground personnel.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • A medical card along with First Aid and CPR certification at the time of hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish).
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Robust leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including varying weather conditions, heavy lifting, and extensive walking.
