Job Overview

Chance Aluminum, a leading aluminum production company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join its team in Williamsport, PA. As a key member of the organization, this role will be responsible for overseeing various office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and providing exceptional support to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including E-Maintenance and NetSuite.
  • Support the accounting team with basic accounting functions and data entry.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Specialist as needed.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Manage the storeroom/stockroom and maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to teammates as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or office assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (ERP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and associates.
  • Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Possess integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
  • Well-organized and self-directed.
  • Functions well in a team environment and is able to communicate respectfully internally and externally.
