Position Overview:


Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC is in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to fill the role of Automotive Call Center Agent (Call Center/BDC).

This position is full-time and offers an hourly wage along with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of a competitive salary.

As an Automotive Call Center Agent, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service while effectively converting incoming calls into scheduled appointments for our dealership.

This role is based in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information promptly
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle sales, service, and test drives
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and resolve any questions or concerns
  • Maintain and update customer records in the dealership's database
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and call volume expectations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage customer interactions
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and dealership promotions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and terminology is advantageous
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
