National Marketing Manager

About the Role:
The National Marketing Manager is a key member of the College Internship Program team, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive awareness and interest in our unique programs and services for young adults with autism and learning differences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of marketing specialists to create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Develop and implement marketing automation workflows in platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
Collaborate with the content team to create targeted content that supports demand generation efforts
Optimize CIP's website content and online advertising campaigns for better search engine rankings and user experience
Monitor and report on key demand generation metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Advanced technical skills with SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM
Strong leadership and project management skills
Passion for CIP's mission and working with young adults with Autism and Learning Differences
