We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the activities of employees and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of daily production and reporting.
- Inspect equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Participate in daily and weekly calls with operations and customers to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications or utility construction/maintenance industry.
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus).
- Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds with or without assistance.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
