Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of employees and subcontractors in the placement and repair of cable and restoration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Inspect and monitor work sites to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of daily production and other relevant data
  • Participate in daily and weekly calls with operations and customers to discuss project progress and address any concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry
  • Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify underground utilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and/or other construction-related software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and as needed (overtime, after hours, weekends, emergencies, or on-call)
