The Account Management Lead role at Amazon requires a customer-obsessed, creator commerce enthusiast who can drive business growth for creators. We're a team of innovators tackling difficult problems, focused on building and enhancing products that drive growth for creators.

We own the Creator product suite, ensuring a cohesive experience across Amazon. Our Business Development and Customer Success team directly collaborates with strategic customers to build new partnership opportunities that impact creator businesses.

You'll work closely with top creators, helping them generate revenue and tailor their content to drive shopping outcomes. With expertise in social commerce trends and Amazons selection and services, you'll support and grow their business with Amazon.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in business relationship management, customer success, account management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Data analysis skills, including experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience
