About the Role

Tillster, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Strategy Lead to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective digital commerce strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive digital commerce strategy that aligns with Tillster's business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps that prioritize customer needs and market trends.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, data analytics, engineering, and product operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 9-12 years' experience in product management, preferably in digital commerce or related fields.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Prior experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to travel as business needs demand.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $155,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
