Overview:

The Project Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of gas and electric services to both residential and commercial clients. This position requires a solid understanding of Gas and/or Electric Distribution Systems. The Coordinator will be tasked with effectively managing and organizing projects of varying sizes to meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary liaison between Tech Providers, Inc. and our clients, overseeing the coordination of efforts among customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Estimating loads for both customers and systems, keeping clients informed about project progress, generating tasks for other departments, providing cost assessments, identifying necessary permits, and scheduling work orders.
  • Conducting project scoping, assessing distribution design needs, and analyzing their impact on the distribution system to facilitate work order preparation.
  • Coordinating essential prerequisites for the successful execution of distribution projects to fulfill customer commitments, requiring innovative application of standard procedures.
  • Fieldwork may be necessary to engage with clients on-site. A valid driver's license is required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective measures while possessing comprehensive knowledge of business policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking and adapting quickly while maintaining organization.
  • Ability to foresee and comprehend the effects of actions/procedures across multiple systems.

Educational Background:

  • A two-year associate degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (48 scientific or technical credit hours) or completion of two years of college coursework (60 credits) towards a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
