Job Description:

As a key member of Paul Gnall's Insurance agency team, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. Paul Gnall - State Farm Agent. My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Brunswick, OH and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.
