Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Healthcare Intern to join our team at Estates at Chateau. As a Summer Healthcare Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in healthcare administration, leadership, and management.
Responsibilities- Resident Care and Support: Assist with the delivery of high-quality resident care, ensuring that the needs of our residents are met and exceeded.
- Staff Management: Provide support to our staff, including training, guidance, and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
- Finance: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure that our facilities are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Environment: Help to maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
- Management and Leadership: Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and provide leadership and guidance to our staff.
- Education and Experience: Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with a focus on healthcare administration, leadership, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in nursing home administration or leadership, with a passion for healthcare administration and leadership.
- Required Skills and Abilities: Leadership, business acumen, resilience, motivator, personability, high emotional intelligence, ability to actively listen, and ability to clearly speak and write in English.
