Requirements
  • An active RN license in the state of Texas is required.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience as a CNA Instructor, nurse educator, or in a related role is preferred.
  • At least 1 year working in a Nursing Home Facility.
  • At least 1 year working in Hospice.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and state regulations pertaining to CNA education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Innovative and creative approach to curriculum development and instructional methods.
  • Flexibility to work PRN hours and willingness to contribute to various aspects of the company's growth.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and business development.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are also required.
  • Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks, working under highly stressful situations, and handling frequent interruptions.
  • Must have computer skills along with the following:
    • Must-Have experience with Microsoft Office
    • Google Docs
    • Canva
    • Troubleshooting basic IT issues during presentations or class.
