- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and state regulations pertaining to CNA education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Innovative and creative approach to curriculum development and instructional methods.
- Flexibility to work PRN hours and willingness to contribute to various aspects of the company's growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and business development.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are also required.
- Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks, working under highly stressful situations, and handling frequent interruptions.
- Must have computer skills along with the following:
- Must-Have experience with Microsoft Office
- Google Docs
- Canva
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues during presentations or class.
