The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting necessary forms for branch permits and licensing. They will also manage and process specific permits and renewals, working cooperatively with corporate licensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer permits as needed
  • Process permits with local counties, cities, and states
  • Process license renewals
  • Collaborate with employees, operations, sales, corporate licensing, and central station to obtain permits, licenses, and other branch-specific requirements
  • Research requirements for company licenses
  • Submit company license paperwork for corporate licensing to completion
  • Communicate with representatives from counties, cities, and states via email and phone regarding permits, licenses, and other branch-specific licenses, research, and processing
  • Aid licensing efforts for employees as required by state
  • Timely follow-up throughout all stages of permitting and licensing
  • Communicate any permitting issues interfering with account activation directly to operations
  • Utilize industry-specific software
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 6+ months related experience in a data entry environment required
  • Ability to work in a highly structured setting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented professional with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient data entry and data tracking
  • Must read and speak English
