Position Overview

This role is essential for ensuring timely execution of various on-site tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Contributions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicates with supervisors regarding potential issues or customer feedback.
  • Efficiently addresses management and client inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintains a strong emphasis on delivering quality customer service.
  • Aids in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure accurate documentation of all account processes.
  • Duties may encompass Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, Warehouse, and Records Management based on the assigned site.
  • Participates in cross-training initiatives to ensure coverage during staffing shortages.
  • Site responsibilities and coverage locations may vary based on client and division requirements.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through effective performance and upkeep of reprographic equipment at client sites.
  • Adheres to established daily maintenance protocols.
  • Conducts routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, clearing jams, replenishing supplies, and loading materials.
  • Assesses equipment issues and communicates with the service department when necessary.
  • Delivers supplies as needed.
  • Assists users with basic equipment functionalities.
  • Records meter readings and maintains service activity logs.
  • Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies accordingly.

Copy/Print Production:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely reproduction of all print requests.
  • Reviews electronic files for print readiness, executes printing tasks, and performs quality control checks.
  • Logs, delivers, and tracks all activities for reporting purposes.
  • Responds promptly to customer requests.
  • Conducts routine maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
  • Executes daily convenience care functions as required.


Qualifications:
Skills & Expertise Required

Please Note:

This position involves direct customer interaction and adherence to client policies, which may include health and safety protocols.


  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities are necessary.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • May require travel between multiple client locations; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods while performing job duties.
  • Must take necessary steps to obtain required security clearances for client premises.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
