Position Overview
This role is essential for ensuring timely execution of various on-site tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Contributions
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicates with supervisors regarding potential issues or customer feedback.
- Efficiently addresses management and client inquiries through various communication channels.
- Maintains a strong emphasis on delivering quality customer service.
- Aids in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure accurate documentation of all account processes.
- Duties may encompass Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, Warehouse, and Records Management based on the assigned site.
- Participates in cross-training initiatives to ensure coverage during staffing shortages.
- Site responsibilities and coverage locations may vary based on client and division requirements.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensures customer satisfaction through effective performance and upkeep of reprographic equipment at client sites.
- Adheres to established daily maintenance protocols.
- Conducts routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, clearing jams, replenishing supplies, and loading materials.
- Assesses equipment issues and communicates with the service department when necessary.
- Delivers supplies as needed.
- Assists users with basic equipment functionalities.
- Records meter readings and maintains service activity logs.
- Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies accordingly.
Copy/Print Production:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely reproduction of all print requests.
- Reviews electronic files for print readiness, executes printing tasks, and performs quality control checks.
- Logs, delivers, and tracks all activities for reporting purposes.
- Responds promptly to customer requests.
- Conducts routine maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
- Records and monitors customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
- Executes daily convenience care functions as required.
Qualifications:
Skills & Expertise Required
Please Note:
This position involves direct customer interaction and adherence to client policies, which may include health and safety protocols.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are essential.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities are necessary.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- May require travel between multiple client locations; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods while performing job duties.
- Must take necessary steps to obtain required security clearances for client premises.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
