Help Desk Support Specialist

EAGLE Certification Group is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide IT support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong customer relations skills and be well-organized with effective project and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing help desk tickets, setting up and deploying new machines, supporting the onboarding of new employees and contractors, creating and maintaining recurring organizational reports, and assisting the IT Manager with other tasks as needed.

The following skills are required:

  • Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Server 2019 operating systems
  • Microsoft Office
  • Remote assistance tools (TeamViewer, ScreenConnect, etc)
  • File access and sharing rights
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory
  • Office 365 Account Administration
  • Zoom

Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Learning Management Systems, Single Sign-On Technologies, and mail spam filtering tools is preferred but not required.

This is an on-site position in a professional office environment. Upon 90-day review, a hybrid schedule opportunity will be considered while maintaining at least 3 days a week in the office.
