We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Associate to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a Service Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, while also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor club access and ensure that members and non-members are aware of our policies and procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects, while also selling memberships and processing transactions.
  • Organize and maintain the customer service front desk, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Perform beginning of shift and end of shift procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
  • Participate in community outreach events and promote the Planet Fitness brand.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
