Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement
  • Oversee and manage the daily activities of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of Associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement loss prevention and operational programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
  • Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
